Overnight oats are one of my favourite go-to breakfasts because they’re so easy to make, yet incredibly satisfying. This version, made with yogurt, maple syrup, and fresh berries, is a delicious treat that’s both nutritious and energising. Ingredients:
- 50g rolled oats
- 80ml milk (dairy or plant-based)

Instructions:
